Guitar Lessons in Oakville, Ukulele & Bass too!

We Provide Guitar, Ukulele and Bass Lessons in Oakville for All Ages Including Children, Teens and Adults!

Guitar, Bass, or Ukulele lessons in Any Style

Always wanted to learn how to play guitar? Our guitar and ukulele teachers cater to each and every style, genre, or age at our studio. Take up electric or acoustic guitar lessons and rock it out, play some smooth jazz, or simply learn how to chord some nice old songs you grew up listening to.  A guitar is a fun, portable instrument you can bring to parties, campfires, school recitals or even to a street corner to do some busking.  Consider taking vocal lessons along with guitar as the two instruments really compliment each other.  A lot of our guitar teachers are also great singers and you can always get some pointers from them too.

It is important to note that we teach all styles of guitar lessons at Addison Music Learning Centre in Oakville.  We teach jazz guitar lessons, rock guitar lessons, popular guitar lessons, funk guitar lessons and classical guitar lessons. There are also a few music teachers at our school who teach bass guitar, banjo lessons, and ukulele lessons. If you are looking for Guitar Lessons in Oakville you have come to the right place!

Is Your Child Too Young for Lessons on an Instrument?

Starting children in music as early as possible is integral for a lifetime of learning and loving music.  But sometimes starting them out on an instrument is not always the best first step.   Generally we prefer starting any children between the ages of 3 - 8 in our early childhood music program - Mini Musicians.  These music lessons are specifically designed for the small hands, growing motor skills, and energetic bodies of that age group.  The method taught is based on the Orff music for young children method.  Click below for more info on that great music program.

However, ukulele is often a great way to start a younger child in music lessons on a stringed instrument, as it is a smaller instrument for smaller sized hands to play.  Concentration and focus can still be an issue.  In our Mini Musicians music program concentration and focus are not issues due to the design and methodology of the program.
